PRD: Adding Polls to Project Workspaces

## Problem Teams make decisions every day — which feature to prioritize, which design direction to take, when to schedule the next sync. These decisions currently happen in side channels (Slack, email, verbal) and are not captured in the project context. There's no structured way to gather team consensus inside EquilibriuM. ## Proposed Solution Add a **Polls** feature to each project workspace so teams can create, vote on, and resolve decisions without leaving the platform. ### Key Requirements 1. **Poll creation** — Any project member can create a poll with a question and 2-6 answer options. 2. **Voting** — One vote per user per poll. Votes are visible (show who voted for what) or anonymous (creator chooses). 3. **Deadline** — Optional closing date. After closing, results are final. 4. **Pin to project** — Polls can be pinned to the project header so they're visible to all members. 5. **Notification** — Project members get an in-app notification when a new poll is created. 6. **Results visualization** — Simple horizontal bar chart showing vote distribution. ### Data Model (proposed) - `Poll` entity: `project_id`, `question`, `options[]`, `deadline`, `is_anonymous`, `status` (open/closed) - `PollVote` entity: `poll_id`, `option_index`, `voter_email` ### Out of Scope - Weighted voting (Phase 2) - Poll templates ## Success Metrics - 3+ polls created per project per month (pilot) - Decisions documented in-project rather than in side channels
