PRD: Language Options in Site Admin
## Problem EquilibriuM is used by Finnish and international teams, but the admin interface is English-only. Site admins who manage workspace settings, user roles, and billing cannot switch the admin panel to Finnish, which creates friction for local teams. ## Proposed Solution Add a **Language** selector in Site Admin → Settings that controls the display language for the entire admin interface. ### Key Requirements 1. **Supported languages at launch**: English (default), Finnish, Swedish 2. **Scope**: All admin pages — dashboard, projects, users, billing, settings 3. **Translation framework**: Use a key-based i18n dictionary (JSON) loaded per language. No server-side rendering changes needed. 4. **Fallback**: Missing keys fall back to English. 5. **Persistence**: Language preference stored on the User entity (`data.preferred_language`). 6. **Date/number formatting**: Localize date and currency display to match the selected language. ### Out of Scope - End-user (non-admin) workspace localization (Phase 2) - RTL language support ## Success Metrics - 100% of admin strings translated for Finnish and Swedish at launch - Admin task completion time for Finnish-only users improves by 20%
